Is this sort of software that Binary Fortress could make? I believe it would add a whole new dimension to desktops and easy to use. If BF do not want to look at software like that could there be a section within WallpaperFusion for Wallpaper Engine desktops? I believe, as there are thousands of "living" desktops on Steams Workshop that a small section on WF would eventually pull in more members.
