Just a Suggestion
Could there not be a link to this discussion area on the Home page? If the fact that there was a discussion area available then members could swap idea's or get suggestions.
I know there is a "My Discussions" link but that dosnt lead to here?

There should be a Discussions link in the footer on the main page (between "News and Support")
